What constitutes free shipping?
Orders $500 and over will receive free shipping.
How soon will my order ship?
Your order will ship within 3-5 business days.
Can I make changes once my order is placed?
If you need to make changes to your order, please send us an email at Shoptlpcollective@gmail.com and we will see what we can do to make the requested change. If the order has already been packaged for shipping, we cannot make changes.
What is your return policy?
We will accept returns up to 14 days after receiving your item. Returns should be unworn and in original packaging. If you feel your item is defective, please send us an email with pictures to Shoptlpcollective@gmail.com - if an item is approved as defective within 90 days of receiving your item, we will replace the item with a new one.
How do I ship back my return?
Shipping a return is at the expense of the customer unless an item has been approved as defective.
Is there Warranty on my TLP purchase?
Your new TLP fine jewelry is delicate and should be handled with care. Any issues in the first 90 days of having your TLP jewelry will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Please send us an email at Shoptlpcollective@gmail.com
What is the best way to care for my fine jewelry?
Treat your fine jewelry with care. Clean your pieces regularly and store necklaces flat or hang them neatly.
